  • Centerpiece Love

    2 of today’s features on SMP really caught my eye because I’d been looking for centerpiece ideas combining lanterns/candles and flowers…also the flower colors fit into my palette! i think these photos are sooo deliciously romantic and warm feeling. i had to download immediately and post here (along with an oldie from theknot.com) so i can look at them all together instead of scattered on my harddrive. getting very hopeful that wedding detail things are gonna work out..!!

  • Poppies

    Cobalt blue glassware would pop visually against light gray or white linens without looking too 4th of July. Popular during the Depression, you may even have a few pieces of the blue glassware in your family collection - imagine a cobalt cakestand with a simple white cake garnished with 2 or 3 red poppies. Beautiful, right? Add cupcakes for the guests and it’s downright adorable.

    I am trying to make some decisions on hair so I can start booking appointments. I’ve always loved vintage hairstyles, and would love to incorporate some waves into my look.
